The Medi-stats BP+ replaces conventional and more widespread sub-systolic BP monitors, and is the emerging standard of care in hypertension, heart failure and vascular health. The Medi-stats BP+ provides a highly accurate and repeatable measurement of central and brachial blood pressure and pulse pressure waveforms for analysis (PWA) using a familiar upper arm cuff. The BP+ is simple to use and requires no complex training and has applications in hypertension, heart failure, intensive care, general practice and home care.

Pulse curve

Pulse curve

Pulse curve analysis detects abnormalities and can confirm the effect of increased arterial stiffness on the Pulse Curve

Rhythm strip

Rhythm strip

Rhythm strip is 96% accurate vs. 12 lead ECG at detecting heart rhythm irregularities

Cardiovascular risk factors

Cardiovascular risk factors

CVD risk factors are listed in RAG colour codes for ease of identification and monitoring.

Risk calculators

Risk calculators

• Portal provided calculated CVD QRisk2® score
• NICE validated GAD-7 (anxiety)
• NICE validated PHQ-9 (depression)
• Type 2 diabetes risk
• FAST score (alcohol harm assessment)
• AUDIT score (alcohol harm assessment)
• CHA₂DS₂-VASc score evaluates ischemic stroke risk in patients with atrial fibrillation
• HAS-BLED score estimates risk of major bleeding for patients on anticoagulation to assess risk-benefit in atrial fibrillation care.
